What to include in a wholesale fabric sample request
A product code, end use and estimated order volume help the factory and buyer evaluate the same fabric.
Identify the reference and shades
List the fabric code and the shades you want to see. If you have only a swatch photograph, mark the shades you are asking about.
Describe the project
Include the destination, end use, expected volume in metres or rolls, and any width or backing requirements. Tell us if you need a larger swatch for upholstery trials.
Confirm the order information
Ask for the applicable technical sheet and quote basis. Agree the shade reference and any inspection or testing requirements before placing a bulk order.
